The Saline County Sheriff’s Office will be seeking Camp Counselors for the 2009 GREAT Camp to be held at Rock Springs Ranch June 28- July 2, 2009. The successful candidates will be able to attend the camp at no cost and be able to participate in all programs. High School students will be considered for Counselor Positions. Middle School students will be considered for Intern-Counselor Positions. We have planned a special training for the counselors and staff that will take place on June 28th; campers will not arrive at the camp until June 29th at 1:00 p.m. We will request that counselors and staff arrive at the camp July 28th between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. for fun filled leadership training and relaxation. We have not arranged for transportation at this time; however we may be able to do this or arrange car pooling at least. Due to Sheriff’s Office policy we will be required to conduct a Kansas Bureau of Investigation background screening on each applicant so it is important that all information in the application is completed. Please return the attached application for camp counselor and we thank you for your time and commitment. |
