The mission of L.E.A.D. is to provide law enforcement and community coalitions with a comprehensive program that helps parents keep their children drug free by offering information and convenient, affordable drugs and alcohol test that produce immediate results in the event of a positive result, directs them to appropriate community resources.
The following tests are available at the Saline County Sheriff's Office

| Cocaine | $4.00 |
| Methamphetamine | $4.00 |
| Nicotine Test (tobacco) | $4.00 |
| Ecstasy (MDMA) | $4.00 |
| Marijuana, Cocaine, Opiates, Methamphetamine (tests for 4 different substances) | $12.00 |
The above tests and instructions for administering the tests may be picked up at the Saline County Sheriff's Office, during normal business hours. (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
